What the estimate covers
The estimate covers preparing and submitting payer applications and following each one to its effective date, starting at $100 to $140 per application. Do I need to be credentialed to bill insurance?
Most payers require a provider to be credentialed and enrolled before they will pay claims. Requirements differ by payer, so we confirm them for the panels you choose.
What is CAQH and do I need it?
CAQH is a shared provider profile that many payers use to verify your information. Keeping it complete and current avoids delays, and we can help with that.
Can you guarantee how long it takes?
No. Each payer sets its own timeline, so we track every application and follow up, but we cannot promise approval dates.
