Privacy policy

Clarion RCM respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit a help request or email us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, work email, the service you are interested in, and your message.
How we use it
We use this information to reply to your request, prepare a scope, and communicate about services. We do not sell your information.
Messages sent through the forms on this site are delivered to us by a third-party form service and Calendly handles meeting bookings. These providers process the details you enter in order to deliver or schedule your request.
The site has an AI chat assistant. Questions you type into it are sent to an AI service (Cloudflare Workers AI) to generate a reply, and are not stored by us unless you choose to send them to the team with the "Talk to the team" form. Please do not enter patient or other protected health information in the chat.
Blog comments
If you leave a comment on a blog post, we store your name, your comment, and your email address if you choose to give one. Comments are reviewed before they appear, and only your name and comment are shown. Your email is never shown or shared. To limit spam we also keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your network address, not the address itself. You can ask us to remove a comment at any time by emailing info@clarionrcm.com.
Email updates
If you subscribe to our monthly update, we use your email address only to send it. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any update or emailing info@clarionrcm.com. We do not sell or share the list.
Patient information, HIPAA and BAAs
This website is not built to receive protected health information (PHI). PHI is health information that identifies a patient and is covered by HIPAA. Please do not put patient details in a form, a blog comment, the chat assistant or an email.
Licensing, credentialing and enrollment work uses provider information, not patient information. If a service such as billing and denials involves PHI, we will sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with your practice first and agree how information is shared before any PHI is exchanged.
